Your profile: photo, name, handle and bio
How other members see you, and how to change it.

Open Account settings and go to Profile (on the website that's desifam.com/account#profile). Add a photo — a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. Each new photo gets a quick automatic check before other members see it. Your real name shows on your listings, reviews and messages; once you're verified, only Support can change it. To people who aren't signed in, it shows as your first name and last initial.
A handle (like @priya.cooks) is optional. It shows on your profile and on community posts you choose to share under it — never instead of your name on listings or messages. You can change it 3 times a year. Your bio can be up to 300 characters, with no phone numbers or links.
