Deleting your account
What gets removed, and what we keep and why.

Open Account settings and choose Delete account at the bottom (on the website that's desifam.com/account/delete). Confirm with your password and your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days. You're signed out everywhere straight away and nothing more is charged; sign back in any time before the date and choose Keep my account if you change your mind.
After the 30 days, your profile, photos, listings, posts and saved settings are permanently deleted. Messages you sent and reviews you left stay, shown as "Deleted member", and payment records are kept as tax law requires. Can't sign in?
