Setting your home area
The city and radius that drive everything you see.
Help center / Getting started
Click the location control in the header to search for a city and set a radius. Almost everything on DesiFam — Marketplace, Rentals, Jobs, Events, Communities and more — is filtered and sorted by distance from this area, so it's worth getting right before you start browsing.
You can change it any time, and you can save more than one city (say, where you live and where your parents live) from your account page, each with its own radius, and quick-pick between them from the header search.
